Lucy Hall completed her training at the National Opera Studio last year. Previously a Scholar on the Opera Course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, studying with Yvonne Kenny, she graduated with a First Class Honours Degree and was awarded the Dove Memorial Prize for being the highest marked graduate across any discipline, and the Wyburd Prize for lieder.
Operatic highlights include a debut with the Scottish Opera as Euridice in Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice, Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro for Diva Opera, Sandrina La Finta Giardiniera for the Grand Theatre du Luxembourg and Opera Toulon and a step in as Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro for the Festival d’Aix en Provence. Concert highlights include the Good Friday Messiah with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall and appearances with the BBC Philharmonic at the Bridgewater Hall and the London Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican. She regularly enjoys recitals with duo partner Gavin Roberts across the UK.
Future plans include Lila in The Firework Maker’s Daughter for the Royal Opera House and Zerlina Don Giovanni with English Touring Opera.
